All Level All level yoga introduces more challenging sun salutations, standing poses, back bends, twists, & balancing poses, building on what you learned in the beginner classes. More advanced postures, including inversions, will be introduced.
Vinyasa Flow Vinyasa Flow is a moderate flowing yoga that encourages technique over speed and challenges the mind and body to focus as one. This class will develop strength and technique for even the most extreme yogi.
Kripalu Kripalu Yoga is a gentle meditative yoga for all levels. The heart centered practice includes physical postures, breathing techniques, deep relaxation and meditation.

Meditation Meditation classes will include the practice of a variety of meditation styles and techniques. No prior experience is necessary.
